By using the services of AHandymanHelps (AHandymanHelps Com LLC), scheduling an appointment, or accessing our website or client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

AHandymanHelps Com LLC provides professional handyman, home repair, and renovation services to residential and commercial properties throughout Northern Colorado. Our services include, but are not limited to, general repairs, painting and drywall, flooring, tile work, carpentry, plumbing fixes, electrical work, door and window installation, and deck and fence repair.

For the safety and protection of all parties, AHandymanHelps technicians will not enter or perform work at any property where a minor (under 18 years of age) is present without a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult (18 years or older) also present at the property for the duration of the service.

If our technician arrives at a property and no qualifying adult is present, the technician will not enter the property. In such cases, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a return trip fee.

By scheduling a service appointment, the client confirms that a responsible adult (18+) will be present for the entire duration of the scheduled service.

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Final invoice amounts may vary from estimates based on actual materials and labor required.
• A Business Operations Fee (BOF) of 12.99% applies to all labor charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A 45% deposit may be required for jobs estimated over $500 to secure materials and scheduling.

By providing your phone number to AHandymanHelps and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages including appointment confirmations, on-the-way alerts, invoice notifications, and job completion updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

• We accept all major credit cards processed securely via Stripe.
• A $35 fee applies to all returned checks.
• Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee.

If you experience any issues with work performed by AHandymanHelps within 30 days of project completion, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This warranty covers workmanship defects and does not cover issues caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or unrelated damage.

AHandymanHelps Com LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.
